Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales concluded between:

and any natural person making a purchase on the website (hereinafter “the Customer”).
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 2 – Products
The website offers hair products, accessories, and beauty products for sale.
Product photographs, descriptions, and visuals are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.
Products are offered while stocks last.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Delivery costs are specified before final confirmation of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Orders
All orders are placed directly on the website.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding their identity and delivery address.
Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
suspected fraud;
payment default;
a previous dispute with the Customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered at checkout.
Transactions are secured by the payment providers used on the website.
No banking data is stored by Vérola Hair.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
The average preparation time is 24 to 72 working hours, subject to product availability.
The delivery time then depends on the selected carrier and the destination country.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided.
The Seller cannot be held liable for:
a delay attributable to the carrier;
an incorrect address provided by the Customer;
a case of force majeure.
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, the Customer must contact customer service as soon as possible so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
Article 7 – Receipt of products
The Customer is advised to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt.
Any anomaly (opened parcel, missing product, damaged product, etc.) must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The products must be:
unopened;
unused;
in their original packaging;
in perfect condition.
For hygiene reasons, no cosmetic product that has been opened, used, or unsealed can be returned or refunded.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Article 9 – Defective products
If a product is received defective or non-compliant, the Customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing:
photographs of the product;
a description of the problem;
the order number.
After reviewing the case, the Seller may offer:
an exchange;
a refund;
or a store credit.
Article 10 – Legal warranties
The products are covered by the legal warranties provided for by the French Consumer Code and the French Civil Code, in particular:
the legal warranty of conformity;
the warranty against hidden defects.
Article 11 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for:
misuse of the products;
an allergic reaction linked to improper use or personal sensitivity;
damage resulting from use that does not follow the usage recommendations.
The Customer is advised to carefully read the usage instructions on each product page.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
All elements on the website (texts, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, illustrations, etc.) remain the exclusive property of Vérola Hair.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Article 13 – Personal data
The information collected is used solely to:
process orders;
provide customer service;
improve the user experience.
Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 14 – Force majeure
The Seller cannot be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of circumstances beyond its control (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, transport disruption, etc.).
Article 15 – Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
